The Press Complaints Commission and Baroness Buscombe express regret in Court over a statement made about Mark Lewis concerning evidence he gave to the Parliamentary Select Committee on Culture Media & Sport on Phone Hacking. Mark Lewis was represented by Taylor Hampton Solicitors

Taylor Hampton wins apologies and damages from The Daily Mirror, The Independent and The Evening Standard for Baby P Social Worker

The Daily Mirror, The Independent and The Evening Standard have all apologised in Court today for alleging that Haringey Social Worker, Sylvia Henry, had been negligent with regard to treatment of Baby P whilst in her care. They have also printed apologies to her in their newspapers and on their websites and have agreed to pay her damages. Taylor Hampton acted for Sylvia Henry.
