This case concerned a dispute between two publishing and events companies for the aviation sector focusing on the financing and leasing of aircraft. Our clients, Aviation News and Phillip Tozer- Pennington, were the defendants in this claim by Euromoney which alleged defamation in relation to an email and advertisement sent by Aviation News regarding a conference to be held by it in Dublin earlier this year.
