Valerie Shaul was head of property litigation at West End law firm, Philip Ross, before leaving to join Taylor Hampton. With almost twenty years experience as a partner, she is an expert in most types of landlord and tenant relationships, including statutory Rent Act tenancies, assured and assured shorthold tenancies, company lettings and long leases granted on leasehold properties.
